Assist in the budgeting process and strategically plan and implement regional and national paid activations across content publishers, ecommerce, and event marketing. We vet partners through the A+J process of identifying and setting KPI’s, aligning with brand positioning, messaging, and goals, ideating, and refining programming along the way. Working with individual, corporate, and brand portfolios traditional, BID, or EU dollars, we optimize and manage the process from start to finish.
Develop strategic plans and execute cross-marketing initiatives for hotels and airports regionally to enhance guest experience, drive traffic, and engage local community. Organize designer trunk shows, pop-ups, educational seminars, winemaker dinners, happy hours, and more. Collaborate and manage all teams to implement and drive messaging.
Establishing and reinforcing a wine/spirits brands DTC footprint in a specific region through marketing, communications, and strategic partnerships with associations, travel bureaus (DMO), hoteliers, and regional airports. Working with brand, DTC, and sales teams, we create programming, cross promotional partnerships, and overall continuity across local initiatives with a keen eye on closing the sales loop.
Creating synergy for all branded and corporate content. Includes audit, recommendations, fulfillment for outward facing messaging on all owned and strategic partner channels: website, social media, and email marketing. We work across all internal brand, marketing, ecommerce, and DTC teams to bridge gaps, create continuity and workflow efficiency, and refine the customer journey along the way.
Identify executives suitable for prominent thought leadership roles in the community, including board seats, keynote speaking engagements, and panel discussions. Evaluate opportunities, facilitate introductions, and secure roles.
Create strategic plans, negotiate, and implement paid partnerships utilizing OCM budgets. Work with short turnaround times, which includes vetting partners through the A+J process of identifying and setting KPI’s, aligning with brand positioning, messaging, and goals, ideating on creative, and create tracking documents.
Create or update job descriptions by department where needed, onboard new hires, train up, work in alignment with company philosophy and culture. Fill holes and bridge gaps during company reorganizations. Provide support for brand positioning documents and materials needed for national sales meetings.
Identify and meet with key stakeholders and iterate on specific need to address within the organization. Audit of current process, create strategy, path to success, and processes to put in place to reach end goal. Create new best practices and timeline for implementation.
